To attach the catcher:
Push the black lever down to raise the discharge chute cover (the metal cover on the back of the mower) up. Press down the lever on the top of the catcher in and slide it over the discharge chute cover until it slips over the ridge on the back of the mower. Ensure the discharge chute cover is lined up with the small bracket on the side of the catcher. The catcher should fit on firmly.

To tighten the handle:
Unfold the handle then tighten the two knobs on the side of the lawn mower. Align the black quick-release-style handle on the side of the lawnmower handle and close. It will only close fully if it is exactly in line with the handle.
